Military checkpoints along public highways?

The current definition suggests these checkpoints should be entry points into a secured or restricted area (for example, the entrance to a military base?), however many countries have military checkpoints located on public roads, where the military checks travelers between different towns or areas. This is common in parts of Indonesia, for example. I believe these sort of features can be tagged as military=checkpoint too, correct? --Jeisenbe (talk) 06:53, 28 July 2019 (UTC)
