Hmm, this is seems poorly thought out. Glaziery refers to window glass, and particularly to ornate work such as stained glass in churches. A glazier is someone who makes & replaces windows, not a craftsman in glass, for which the term, glassblower would be much better. The illustration seems to me to be much better tagged as shop=art, with art=glass and possibly craft=glassblowing. SK53 (talk) 14:54, 16 March 2013 (UTC)

Difference with craft=glaziery

craft=glazier is a newer tag. The whole 'craft' key is a newer idea. I tried to document the distinction a bit better on craft=glaziery there. -- Harry Wood (talk) 22:46, 30 June 2015 (UTC)

one tag for shops selling windows

Why there is one tag for a shop selling doors shop=doors and it's ok, but shop=windows is deprecated? Why shop=windows suggests replacement craft=window_construction and not shop=glaziery? Why shop=glaziery and not shop=windows?
It would be good to have one tag for a shop selling windows. I think glaziery is not the same as window, is it? maro21 21:47, 29 May 2021 (UTC)
