Why tourism?

Is there a reason why this is using the key tourism=* instead of amenity=* ? This should be specified in the tag page. --Jgpacker (talk) 13:13, 16 September 2014 (UTC)

I agree, there doesn't seem to be a specific relationship with tourism. Not sure either if it's an amenity, especially if it's not open to the public for visiting. I'd go with man_made=* as it's kind of business like works or others. --Dieterdreist (talk) 08:06, 24 September 2015 (UTC)

Only for wine?

Can this tag only be used for wine cellars, or does it also comprise others (sherry, whiskey, ...)? --Rainer GS (talk) 17:37, 26 September 2015 (UTC)
