Sources?

One big challenge with mapping pipelines is that they aren't usually visible on aerial images, and are difficult to map by layman's ground surveys. So that leaves relying on sources that we are legally permitted to trace from, which there likely are in, in the US. We should document them, both ones already used, and ones still to be processed.
