Proposed merge

There's a lot of very specific information on this page, and some generic information. I would suggest moving the parts which apply to video mapping in general (regardless of which flavor if equipment is used) to the video mapping page and leave this page as a dedicated page to laptop/webcam setups. Using a laptop and one or more webcams is probably the most complex setup of all and also the one that gives the mapper the most options, hence the information available here might soon become too much to include on the main page.
