Usage

- text is the mandatory text to display in the message box
- textstyle is optional
- type is optional and one of: speedy, delete, content, style, move, protection, notice (default value). It may be left empty (to select the leading icon) it will not display any icon unless you use an image)
- image may be used to provide an alternate image replacing the default leading icon
- imageright is optional and will render a second icon
