To use this template, call it with parameters of issue number, pull request number, and source name.

Leave a parameter out if there is no issue or pull request. For example, {{StreetComplete Quest Code|||localized_name}} produces:
If the quest is still a WIP, you may also leave out the source parameter. For example {{StreetComplete Quest Code|172|173}} produces:
Anchor
The third-parameter is also passed to Template:Anchor to create an anchor in the page, so you can directly link to a single quest by using this anchor.
E.g. test it by clicking on this link ([[#bike_parking_capacity|this link]]) now.
