{{vote|<foo>}}	I <foo> this proposal.	Demonstation of freeform voting values. The first value of the template is what you are doing to the proposal. The second value is the extra text/reasoning. Angle brackets are only to make this demonstration clear, they are not a part of the template.
{{vote|<foo>|<and bar>}}	I <foo> this proposal, <and bar>.
{{vote|no|due to improper voting}}	I oppose this proposal, due to improper voting.

In voting the freeform second value isn't normally used, your reasoning/comments should come after the template, for example use {{vote|no}} reason --~~~~ instead of {{vote|no|reason}} --~~~~.
