For my own reference, I had previously documented in a diary entry a sample of the information I was entering in JOSM. I have moved it here for my own cut & paste convenience. I have removed USGS Large Scale imagery as its resolution is no longer usable. DigitalGlobe became Maxar.

Add Node using coordinates from NGS Datasheet:
