During the COVID-19 pandemic, many local public health departments in the United States issued orders requiring businesses to post signs declaring conformance to social distancing protocols (SDPs), variously called "site-specific reopening plans", "compliance attestations", or "reopening protocols". Some local governments have additionally digitized the process of collecting SDPs from business owners. These collected SDPs may be a well-rounded source of points of interest to import.
Most of these datasets contain addresses, not coordinates. The addresses would need to be geocoded as part of import processing. This step would be more reliable in places that have already completed an address import.
States and counties listed as "not yet available" probably have data suitable for import but have not yet made it available to us. Consider contacting the appropriate agency for the data. SDPs are only one of many government licensing processes; even if you don't see your county here, it may already publish industry-specific datasets of licensed businesses through an open data portal.
