We have gone a long way since we eyeballed the early tags and one topic which is nearly unaddressed by a new tag-design is the mapping of right-of-way. All current tags on this topic are clumsy and hard to parse for data consumption. We cannot proceed without a complete redesign with a data parser in mind.

My redesign base loosely on the proposal of AMDmi3 and turn restrictions.
