Ted Percival, currently living just south of Salt Lake City, Utah. Used to live in Brisbane, Australia.
- Working on Mapdroid, an OpenStreetMap viewer for Android smart phones.
- Maintains a change_tags ruleset called preen. Its purpose is to do a lot of repetitive editing of TIGER and GNIS-based data, such as tidying up street names to match the OpenStreetMap standards, and guessing tags such as highway refs and religions based on object names.
