I saw that you set Proposed features/grade1-5 to Abandoned.
If this is to be abondoned, I hope that tracktype=* will be updated
as well, and that guidelines for using access=* and surface=*
together with highway=track will be written.

Good with a cleanup, you marked several none interesting Proposals, that have been down-voted.
Regarding the tracktype=* you might have done improper research,
because this is rendered by both Mapnik and Osmarender, and tagwatch has over 80 000 uses in Europe alone,
as User:Alv states on an edit, preceeding my comment that tracktype is now abandoned.

Proposed features/left name
You changed the status of this proposal to 'abandoned' the 30th Septembre. But where is the link to the alternative proposal ? I think that some good points have been raised in the 'discussion' page. In fact, looking what's happening with tagwatch, it seems that the proposal should be reformulated with name_left/right because it is the most popular solution today. -- Pieren 06:48, 18 October 2008 (UTC)
Abandoned proposals
Hi. I see you've changed several tagging proposals to "abandoned" without any further discussion on the subject. Is there some explanation for how you alone can decide that the proposals are no longer worth persuing? Ojw 21:58, 30 October 2008 (UTC)
If they had no activity then nobody was persuing them and you were in the right. although some may have been already approved and not marked as such (these would need to be moved to the post-vote-cleanup list), or they were just additions that nobody followed up on (which your actions were correct). Either way they were moved to the abandoned list and can still be revived if someone decides to work on them.--Nickvet419 01:37, 1 November 2008 (UTC)

Alley
You mention that the functionality of highway=alley exist, to my information it is not a default render rule, and is not explicitly mentioned on the existing features pages. Could you undo your change? --Skinkie 15:53, 25 January 2009 (UTC)
