Orientation and Interests

My field is the psychological foundations of human tool use, aka human factors, and my formal training was at the intersection of clinical, social, and cognitive psychology. Being a polyglot and politically inclined, I like the psycholinguistics sub-field of cognitive psych better than the "hardware" parts.
