FT Meeting Notes 21 December 2022

This is Meeting Notes taken from Booster Grant Indonesia activity.

Everyone in the meeting started to introduced themself and the reason why they join the Facilitating Team

Adi Purnama: I want to get involve in creating sustainable OSM ecosystem and the utilization of open data in Indonesia

Endang: I want to contribute and see the growth of OSM community in Indonesia through community activity.
Hafizh Ahsan: I want to contribute and help OSM community in Indonesia to grow.

For the initial meeting, Anjar led the meeting and Dido wrote the meeting notes. For the next meeting it will be lead by facilitating team.

Anjar explained about the Facilitating Team Scope of Work (SoW) for all meeting participants
Updated version of SoW was made based on Booster Grant Guideline 2.0 created by OMH-AP
Q&A and Discussion:
- 1st Discussion
  - (Q) Endang: Does budgeting will be one of key aspects to consider as one of critical point when selecting the grantees?
  - (A) Anjar & Dido: It might be included so FT can assess whether the budget is appropriate or not
  - (A) Andy Prasetya: We could add some notes if there's any team proposed unappropriated budget
- 2nd Discussion
  - (Q) Andy Prasetya: In the judging stages, are the FT (as the judges) allowed to contact the candidate if we need to gather more information regarding the proposal?
  - (A) Anjar: If it necessary I think that would be great
  - (A) Andy Prasetya: Due to the code of conduct, I think it would be better if CORE TEAM FT not making any direct contact with the candidates since they are the judges and it can be represented by the SUPPORTING TEAM FT.
  - (A) Evania: It would be better if we have a contact person for each team
  - (A) Endang: Maybe we can create a dedicated interview session for TOP 10 PROPOSAL so we can get deeper understanding about the proposal
  - (A) Adi Purnama: Suggestion, each team create retrospring.net account so we can do interview anonymously.
