Summary
The key opening_hours:workshop=* is used for the times the workshop (repair shop) is open at a shop=* feature, in case the time is different than the hours of the whole shop. For the shop itself please use opening_hours=*.
opening_hours:workshop=* may apply to
and other shop=* features which have repair shops.
