Trademark Name
"Soft Play" may be trademark in the US, but it would be unenforceable in the UK because this is the generic term in widespread use. The term 'soft play' is widely used in academic treatises about children's play (see following google book search). I feel that rejecting an en-gb term because of a trademark in one country sets a dubious precedent. —Preceding unsigned comment added by SK53 (talk • contribs) 31 March 2015
Indoor only?
Bo-Bo's Land has a very similar concept but has outdoor playgrounds too. —M!dgard [ talk ] 17:05, 11 June 2019 (UTC)
