personnel_shelter

The entry personnel_shelter and the detail page bunker_type=personnel_shelter describe quite different things, either a big underground barrack or a tiny one-man-shelter. User Zetex (on osm, edits, contrib, heatmap, chngset com.) has changed the description on this page in December 2015 and added the image of an underground barrack in February 2016, both without any comment. As I see it, the tag bunker_type=* describes the primary use of the bunker and not its size. In that perspective both images covers the same thing. It can somehow cause confusion because of the differences. Maybe we can use capacity=* to differ them apart? --Zetex (talk) 19:43, 24 November 2020 (UTC)

I'm no bunker expert, but as such I would not have expected to have all bunkers from one-man-shelter to air-raide shelters for some 5000 civilians tagged with the same symbol, simply because "personnel" is sitting inside. But not my discussion. I was simply confused about the aforementioned inconsistencies. --GerdHH (talk) 14:37, 13 December 2020 (UTC)
