"Properties" is too generic. We should invent new categories in Category:Features instead of placing tags here (see Placement and Sidewalks for example). In fact, every OSM tag can be considered as "property" of some object. We should really just use more cross links instead of this page and template
Properties
This is used to give additional information of a general nature about another element.

Applies to landuse=forest and natural=wood detailing the sort of trees found within each landuse. Makes most sense when applied to areas. Be careful : this tag is now deprecated, please use instead leaf_cycle=* |
