Saint Helens is a borough in Merseyside, England, United Kingdom at latitude 53°26′58.56″ North, longitude 2°44′00.24″ West.

The Metropolitan Borough of St Helens is a metropolitan borough of Merseyside, in North West England however used to be in Lancashire. It is named after its largest town, St Helens, though covers a much wider area which includes the settlements of Newton-le-Willows, Earlestown, Haydock, Rainhill, Eccleston, Clock Face, Billinge and Rainford.
