The ceremonial county of Lancashire, in the North West region of England is made up of the non-metropolitan county of Lancashire together with the unitary authorities of Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen. The ceremonial county of Lancashire borders with the counties of Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, North Yorkshire and West Yorkshire.
